Teacher gift

Waylon and I made gingerbread cookies sunday and we decided to make his preschool teacher a gift with some of them.

Mangers then and now

The fabric one I made years ago when I was in my teens. The clay pot one is unfinished (sorry it is kind of blurry). I have to glue some raffia for baby Jesus's manger and I have to put the star on it. I will try and take another picture of it when it is finished.

Knifty knitter christmas tree

Well I finally finished it. I was hoping to be able to make one more for a gift but I am not going to have time. I do plan on making 1 or 2 for valentine's day in valentine colors. Bought some half off ornaments for it today at Hobby Lobby.

Giftbaskets

I am making gingerbread related gift baskets for the neighbors for christmas and this is one of the items that will be included along with a gingerbread scented candle and gingerbread cookies. Will post pics of the baskets when I am finished.

Tooth Fairy came again last night

Waylon lost another tooth yesterday. He is just getting to be so big. I miss my little baby.

I got tickets!!!!

Well I got some George Strait tickets. Not exactly the ones I wanted because I wanted front row or preferably floor seating. None available but I am in section 109. So hopefully not that bad. I am happy just to be going to his concert.

Concert Tickets

Well I tried to win free tickets today from kssn. At the 5 o clock hour I was caller number 6 needed to be 9. Oh so close... In the morning they are giving away a pair of front row and another pair if you can guess the secret sound. I will be listening. Wish me luck. Anyway tickets go on sale tomorrow for Fan club. I started to join a couple of weeks ago. Wish now I would have. Sat at 10 is when I will be getting mine hopefully. I will keep you posted.
