Received Valentine Dotee Doll today

She is so cute. She makes me smile. I also received a bag of candy too. What could be better than a cute dotee doll and candy?

My Goddess Doll

I made her tonight for a Goddess Doll swap on Swap-bot. I think she turned out cute. I completely sewed her. Usually I use glue for embellishments and stuff. She will be off for Va soon.

Slipper Socks finished finally

Well remember the Slipper sock class I took at Michaels earlier this month. I finally finished them. I made these for my husband. I plan on making more. They really don't take that long.

I am so hooked on making these. They turned out so pretty!! These will be going to new homes in the next day or two. It is hard to part with them : ) My favorite is the one with dragonfly wings.

This is the greatest swapper. Not only did she make me a very beautiful winter dottee doll but she sent me all of these great stickers to embellish scrapbook pages for Waylon every school year thru 6th grade. I am loving swap-bot!!!

George Strait concert pics

Concert was awesome

We just made it home from the George Strait concert. It was awesome. He played for a long time. Little Big Town was great also. Sarah Johns wasn't bad either. We got some pretty good shots of him too. I will post those tomorrow. Off to take a shower and go to bed. I'm tired!!!!!

Chee Chee Update

Chee chee got a little makeover today. She got a little red tongue and a cute necklace. I still have to find a charm for it. She also got her a certificate (front and inside shown) to give to her new owner telling them a little about her. She will be off to California in a day or two. Wish her luck.

Made my 1st Stuffie tonight Chee Chee Pink

This is a pattern of it I drew. I cut all of the shapes out and sewed it up and embellished it. I think it turned out cute. I definatly have to work on my sewing though. I will post a pic of her tomorrow. Her whiskers has to dry. She will be going to a swapper on swap-bot. Her name is Chee Chee Pink, and you will find out why tomorrow. Until then....

28 Today

Well today is my 28th birthday!!!! I don't feel any older yet though. lol

Slipper Sock class at Michaels tomorrow.

I am taking a class tomorrow from 12-2 to learn how to make slipper socks on the knitting loom. I am excited!!!! Will post pics when I get home.
